RN - ICU - Night Shift

About the Role

Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care, ensuring professional accountability and evaluating the effectiveness of care provided by others. Coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights, and maintain confidentiality. Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
• Evaluate care effectiveness and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and safety standards.
• Maintain necessary certifications and licensure.

Requirements

• Nursing degree (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license for the state or compact licensure, meeting all board requirements.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire; additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, Neonatal Resuscitation, or specialized unit certifications may be necessary.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform bending, reaching, and kneeling movements.
