RN - ICU - Day and Night shift rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and assume responsibility for care outcomes.
• Supervise unlicensed staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote positive patient experiences.
• Deliver patient-centered care and coordinate with the healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and support team members.
• Foster a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements

• Current Illinois RN licensure.
• BLS/CPR certification.
• Preferred BSN degree.
• At least 1 year of hospital nursing experience.
• Strong clinical skills, accountability, and leadership abilities.
