Registered Nurse - ICU - Day and Night Rotation

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to diverse patient populations in the ICU
• Utilize the nursing process for planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of practice
• Take responsibility and accountability for patient outcomes
• Lead and supervise unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering quality care
• Contribute to safety outcomes and enhance patient experience

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Illinois RN licensure
• BSN degree preferred
• BLS/CPR certification for Healthcare Providers required
• Minimum of 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred
