Responsibilities

Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with the requirements of the department and the standards of practice for the relevant state and specialty.

Collaborating with medical providers and the care team, providing personalized, comprehensive, and compassionate care, following established nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage."

Acting as an advocate for patients, families, and caregivers, embodying the organization's vision, mission, and values to ensure an outstanding patient experience and positive clinical outcomes.

Requirements

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (RN) Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree
• PRN nights position
• 1 shift a week
• Must have prior house supervisor experience

Qualifications

• Must have a valid license to practice as a registered nurse in the state of Virginia
• Current BLS certification

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Experience in a supervisory role

$41.42 - $62.13 / hour
