About the role

The Supervisor, House - RN oversees hospital operations and ensures the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care during assigned shifts. This role acts as the administrative point of contact during non-business hours, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospital operations during assigned shifts
• Ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality patient care
• Act as the administrative point of contact during non-business hours
• Coordinate patient flow
• Manage staffing
• Address emergencies
• Serve as a resource for clinical and non-clinical staff
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards

Requirements

• Associate Degree or higher preferred
• 1-2 years of related experience in the profession required
• 1-2 years of previous leadership experience preferred
• RN license for practicing state
• BLS and ACLS required
