RN House Supervisor - Night Shift

Achieve Excellence

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care as part of a collaborative nursing team
• Record and evaluate staffing patterns for all inpatient nursing units each shift
• Assist in development and/or implementation of performance improvement programs and services
• Collaborate with nursing staff at all levels, interdisciplinary teams, and other stakeholders
• Evaluate need for immediate intervention in family crisis situations and Medical Social Work involvement when available

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in the State of Michigan
• BSN Required
• 5 years experience in an acute care setting required
• MSN preferred
• Previous leadership experience preferred
