Responsibilities
- Manages staff, resources, and patient flow
- Safeguards quality and safety standards
- Fosters effective communication among staff, physicians, and patients
- Serves as a mentor
- Promotes a culture of safety
- Led emergency response and performance improvement initiatives using evidence-based practices and Lean Six Sigma principles
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing or related field
- Active RN licensure
- BLS certification, with ACLS preferred
- Minimum of 2 years clinical experience
- Minimum of 2 years leadership or supervisory experience
