RN - House Supervisor - 7on/7off - Nights

About the Role

Supervise and coordinate unit staffing, providing leadership to ensure clinical objectives and quality patient care are met.

Responsibilities

• Assign, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during shifts, and contribute to performance evaluations.
• Assess daily patient care needs, develop and distribute care assignments, and evaluate care effectiveness.
• Address patient care complaints and manage through established channels.
• Contribute to hiring, training, and staff development processes.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing school with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
