RN - House Supervisor - 7on/7off - Nights

Position Overview Supervise and coordinate unit staffing, providing leadership to ensure clinical objectives and quality patient care are met.Assign, educate, monitor nursing and support staff during shifts, and contribute to performance evaluations.Assess daily patient care needs, develop and distribute care assignments, and evaluate care effectiveness.Address patient care complaints and manage through established channels.Contribute to hiring, training, and staff development processes. Qualifications And Skills Current RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing.BLS Provider certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from American Heart Association or Red Cross.Diploma from an accredited nursing school with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
