RN - House Supervisor - 7on/7off - Night Shifts

Schedule

• Full-time, night shift
• 7 days on / 7 days off

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate unit staffing, providing leadership to ensure clinical objectives and quality patient care are met.
• Assign, educate, and monitor nursing and support staff during shifts, and contribute to performance evaluations.
• Assess patient care needs, develop care assignments, and ensure appropriate patient care delivery.
• Evaluate patient care effectiveness, identify issues affecting outcomes, and respond to care complaints.
• Assist with hiring, training, staff development, and evaluations.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure by the Alabama Board of Nursing.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire, from AHA or Red Cross.
• Diploma from an accredited nursing program and at least one year of relevant experience.
