House Supervisor (RN) / Nights

About the role

Select Specialty Hospital - Canton is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients. House Supervisors (RN) play a central role in providing compassionate, excellent treatment and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage resources during your assigned shift.
• Create a healthy work atmosphere that promotes both team and individual growth.
• Constantly monitor the workplace to ensure that all company policies and procedures are being maintained.
• Serve as a clinical resource to the staff and patients/families.
• Work cooperatively as an ancillary interdisciplinary team member to identify and solve patient-specific and facility-wide needs, while also improving operations.

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS required at hire.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience is preferred.
• Prior clinical management experience is preferred.
• BSN is preferred.
