House Supervisor (RN) / Nights

About the role

Regency Hospital is a critical illness recovery hospital dedicated to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronically ill patients requiring extended healing and recovery. House Supervisors (RN) play a central role in delivering compassionate, high-quality care and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage resources during assigned shift
• Create a healthy work environment promoting both team and individual growth
• Maintain workplace adherence to company policies and procedures
• Provide clinical guidance to staff and patients/families
• Collaborate with ancillary interdisciplinary teams to address patient-specific and facility-wide needs

Requirements

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• BLS and ACLS certification required at hire
• Five (5) years of critical care/progressive clinical care experience preferred
• Prior clinical management experience preferred
• BSN preferred

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: RN license, BLS and ACLS required at hire
