About the role

The Clinical Supervisor RN oversees all patient care areas and hospital services during off-shifts. They collaborate in training all unit staff members and facilitate patient flow. They assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical records. Additionally, they represent hospital administration to departments, families, and patients, and communicate any changes or unusual events to the administrator-on-call.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Current State Licensure as a Registered Nurse - RN
  • BLS and ACLS required
  • Minimum of three (3) years of progressive acute care experience to include supervision
  • ICU experience preferred

Qualifications

  • RN required
  • BSN or Masters Degree in health-related field preferred

Pay

$37.00 to $55.80 per hour (plus Shift Diffs as applicable)

Schedule

Full-Time Shifts Available: Days 7a-730p / Nights 7p-730a
