Hospital Supervisor RN

Job Summary

You will lead and exercise delegated administrative authority for supervising hospital personnel and functions, including patient care, in the Administrator's or Department Director's absence. Daily, you will act as the leader and resource, facilitating efficient operations and serving as an administrative representative knowledgeable about hospital policies.

Responsibilities

• Daily leadership and resource for efficient operations
• Serve as an administrative representative and resource to staff, including hospital policy/procedures
• Facilitate problem-solving and address departmental and personnel issues
• Problem solve with minimal supervision

Requirements

• Associates Other Nursing and clinical work experience as a Registered Nurse, including a minimum of two years recent work experience in a supervisory, management or other healthcare leadership capacity that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge skills/abilities.
• Registered Nurse: WA, upon hire
• Basic Life Support - CPR through the American Heart Association, upon hire
• Preferred: Bachelors Of Science Nursing or related field
