About the role

RN Hospital International is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with a minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in Emergency, Critical Care, ICU, AMET, CMET, Critical Care Transport or related areas. Candidates must hold a current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN) and possess relevant certifications such as ACLS, PALS, BLS, CCRN, CEN, CFRN, ATCN, TPATC, TCCC, TNCC, and EMT or EMT-P.

Responsibilities

• Implements and monitors patient care plans.
• Maintains accurate and timely documentation of patient condition.
• Serves as a primary coordinator for interdisciplinary patient care.
• Administers medications and treatments according to protocols.
• Coordinates discharge planning and educates patients and families.
• Evaluates and updates patient care plans based on outcomes.
• Maintains professional growth through ongoing education.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
• Current state RN license required.
• Relevant certifications as listed above preferred.
• Experience in critical care settings preferred.
• Master ventilator skills preferred.

Complexity of Work

Requires critical thinking, decision-making, and ability to work independently in a high-stress environment.

Physical Requirements

• Full range of body motion including handling and lifting patients.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Corrected vision and hearing to normal range.
• Ability to work under stressful conditions and irregular hours.
• Exposure to communicable diseases and body fluids.
• Medium physical demand.

Pay Range

Minimum hourly: $15.00
Maximum hourly: $150.00
