What You Will Do
- Provide LOVE + MEDICINE to our patients.
- RN, Hospital - includes Operating Room and Outpatient Services to provide comprehensive care to surgical patient before, during and after procedures while assisting the surgical time and ensuring patient safety.
- In addition to surgical procedures, the position is part of the outpatient and infusion center team; collaboration amongst all team members is essential to provide great service to our patients.
- The RN utilizes the nursing process and aligns practice with organizational policies, professional nursing standards and regulatory practice acts.
- Partner with a team of providers, medical professionals, and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.
What You Need
- Minimum of an Associate degree in Nursing.
- RN licensure to practice in the state of Minnesota upon hire.
- Current Infant-Adult Basic Life Support for Health Care Providers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
