RN Hospital Float Pool Night Shift

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in Women and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, relevant certification (e.g., NRP within 6 months), and 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of fellowship. BLS certification is required before start date. Utilize evidence-based practices following AWHONN and AACN standardsSupport and guide clinical education and competency validationAdhere to practice standards for specialty care in obstetrics and neonatal units Key Duties: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, foster teamwork, and ensure safety and adherence to standards to improve patient outcomes.
