About the Role

Provide direct patient care in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU.

Responsibilities

• Utilize top-of-scope nursing practice to prioritize patient wellness.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Model proficiency through precepting.
• Support safety and quality initiatives.
• Adhere to evidence-based standards including AWHONN and AACN guidelines.
• Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Contribute to a team environment.
• Support clinical education and competency validation.
• Follow practice standards to improve outcomes.

Requirements

• Valid RN licensure.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• 6 months of Women and Infants RN experience or completion of a fellowship.
• BLS certification.
• NRP certification within six months of hire.
