About the role
This full-time Hospice RN role involves delivering comprehensive afterhours care to patients and their families, including night and weekend visits.
Responsibilities
- Triage patient needs via phone
- Respond to crises
- Perform initial evaluations
- Conduct admission, death, recertification, and routine visits as needed
- Provide patient/family support outside regular hours
- Manage scheduled visits and crisis management
Requirements
- RN licensure in the state
- Prior hospice or home health experience
- Travel within a 50-mile service area
- Valid driver's license with insurance or access to transportation
Qualifications
- CPR certification (preferred)
- Over a year of clinical experience (preferred)

Pay
Compensation ranges from $70,832 to $106,248 annually.
