Role
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing in-home care for Pediatric and/or Adult patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Provide skilled nursing services to patients in a home setting.
- Assess physiologic and psychosocial changes in patients.
- Document diagnoses based on data analysis.
Qualifications
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
- Valid BLS card.
- Current TB test or Chest X-Ray.
- Preferred: one year of professional nursing experience.
