RN Homecare - Overnight

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home-based care for adult patients in the Chicago area, specifically in Hyde Park and Roseland. Key responsibilities include: utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; initiating and revising care plans; administering medications and treatments; responding to patient condition changes; and coordinating care, education, and discharge planning. Qualifications: current RN or LPN license for the practicing state, valid health certificate, PPD or chest x-ray, BLS certification, and preferably one year of RN experience. Skills: strong clinical assessment, medication administration, care planning, and communication skills. Additional details: flexible scheduling in Hyde Park and Roseland, with specific shift times.
