RN Homecare - Overnight

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide home-based care for adult patients in the Chicago area, specifically in Hyde Park and Roseland.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Initiate and revise care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Respond to patient condition changes
• Coordinate care, education, and discharge planning

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license for the practicing state
• Valid health certificate
• PPD or chest x-ray
• BLS certification
• Preferably one year of RN experience

• Strong clinical assessment
