Responsibilities
- Delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Monitoring patient conditions and responding to changes
- Administering treatments and medications

- Educating patients confidently about their care
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred 1+ year of experience
