Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Monitor and interpret signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
- Collect and analyze data from healthcare team members, documenting diagnoses and care plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
- Valid TB or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
- Preferably one year of professional nursing experience.
