Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Monitor patient conditions
- Administer treatments and medications
- Collaborate with families and care teams
- Educate patients with confidence
Requirements
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification

- 1+ year of nursing experience

Schedule
- Primarily Fridays from 6:30 am to 5:00 pm
- Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available
- Shifts across day, evening, and overnight
