RN Homecare - Part-Time

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home care for pediatric patients in West Des Moines, Iowa. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care using the nursing process.Providing skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.Monitoring signs and symptoms to detect physiological and psychosocial changes.Collecting, analyzing, and documenting patient data and nursing diagnoses. Qualifications Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.Valid TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.Preferred one year of professional nursing experience.
