About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home care for pediatric patients in West Des Moines, Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Provide skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
• Monitor signs and symptoms to detect physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document patient data and nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
• Valid TB or Chest X-Ray, and BLS certification.
• Preferred one year of professional nursing experience.
