About the role
The role involves providing in-home nursing care to Pediatric and/or Adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Initiate and adjust care plans
- Administer medications and treatments
- Respond to changes in patient condition
- Coordinate care with healthcare teams
- Provide patient education
- Perform care coordination and discharge planning
- Complete documentation
Qualifications
- Current RN license
- Health certification
- PPD or chest X-ray
- BLS certification
Preferred candidates have at least one year of RN experience.
