About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes for pediatric and adult populations.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Deliver prescribed nursing services accurately and safely.
- Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret health data, documenting diagnoses and potential issues.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN license in the practicing state.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.
Key Duties
- Provide high-quality patient care in home settings, utilizing clinical assessment skills and adhering to prescribed care plans.
