Role: Registered Nurse (RN) providing skilled nursing care in patients' homes for pediatric and adult populations. Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.Deliver prescribed nursing services accurately and safely.Monitor signs and symptoms indicating physiological and psychosocial changes.Collect, analyze, and interpret health data, documenting diagnoses and potential issues. Qualifications & Skills Current RN license in the practicing state.Valid BLS certification.Current TB or Chest X-Ray.Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience. Key Duties: Provide high-quality patient care in home settings, utilizing clinical assessment skills and adhering to prescribed care plans.
