RN - Homecare
About the role
Retail RN position available to provide skilled nursing care in the comfort of a patient's home.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders.
- Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collections, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an RN in the state in which the RN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
Pay
$35-$37 per hour.
Schedule
Night Shifts, Weekdays or Weekends.
