RN - Homecare
Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide high-quality care for adult and pediatric patients in the comfort of their homes throughout the Appleton area.
Pay
$40 - $50 / hour
Schedule
Flexible full-time and part-time schedules available.

Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans
- Assess, monitor, and document patients' physical and emotional health status
- Identify changes in patient conditions and communicate findings appropriately
- Develop and implement individualized care interventions
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
- Current and unrestricted RN license in Wisconsin
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
- Previous nursing experience preferred (1 year or more)
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care
