About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) providing in-home patient care.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver skilled nursing services according to prescribed orders.
• Monitor signs and symptoms to identify physiological and psychosocial changes.
• Collect, analyze, and document healthcare data and nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the practicing state.
• Valid TB test or Chest X-Ray and BLS certification.
• Preferred: at least one year of professional nursing experience.

Skills & Key Duties

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a home setting, utilizing clinical assessment and documentation skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes while complying with regulatory requirements.
