RN - Home Infusion Patient Education/Liaison

About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Clinician to deliver infusion therapy and provide direct nursing services and case management in patients' homes, clinics, or alternative living settings. The role involves collaborating with patients, caregivers, physicians, healthcare providers, and payers to ensure quality care. The RN demonstrates competency in all nursing phases, acts as a professional role model, and supports home care staff with infusion needs. Responsibilities include promoting patient comfort and quality of life during infusion treatments for conditions such as infections, nutrition, pain, cancer, or chronic illnesses.

Responsibilities

• Providing infusion therapy and patient education
• Collaborating with healthcare teams and caregivers
• Supporting quality patient care and safety
• Acting as a resource for nursing staff

Requirements

• Licensed with Washington RN license and Idaho RN license if practicing in Idaho
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience
• CPR/BLS certification from American Heart Association
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance, as travel is required

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Home health or infusion experience
• Prior sales experience
