Clinical Liaison RN - Home Infusion

About the role

This position will be supporting Oregon Home Infusion Pharmacy. The Home Infusion Clinical Liaison position is responsible for creating and maintaining positive referral relationships in order to increase Home Infusion Referrals within assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining positive referral relationships to increase Home Infusion Referrals within assigned accounts.
• Working with discharge planners, facility staff, physicians, and other individuals to assess appropriateness of home infusion, facilitate patient care transitions onto service, and ensure appropriate documentation for ordered infusion therapy.
• Providing consultation and informational presentations regarding home infusion therapy.
• Serving as a clinical resource and educator for ordering providers, facility staff, patients, and families on Home Infusion Therapy.

Requirements

• Education sufficient for licensure.
• Upon hire: Oregon Registered Nurse License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
• 1 year full-time experience in a clinical role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Liaison, marketing, or sales experience.
• Health care industry experience.
• Documented prior successful sales account medical management experience.
• Epic EMR experience.

Pay

Pay range: $47.31 - $73.44 (base pay). Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
