Full-time, 13-week assignment available for local or traveler Registered Nurses. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week. On-call may be required if requested; needs are subject to change based on staff and branch requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home health settings.
• Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software and complete OASIS documentation.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting.
• Minimum of 2 years of home health experience.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase software and OASIS documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program (required).
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
• CHPN Certification (preferred).
