About the role
13-week assignment in South Portland, ME for a local or travel RN. Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 40 hours per week. Primary coverage area: Freeport/Brunswick, ME plus a 25-mile radius. On-call may be required based on staffing and branch needs. Productivity target: 30 units.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in patients’ homes within the assigned coverage area.
- Complete accurate and timely OASIS assessments.
- Document all care using Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of Maine.
- Minimum 1–2 years of clinical RN experience.
- Minimum 2 years of home-health experience.
- Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software and OASIS documentation.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (CHPN) certification.
