RN Home Health position in Puyallup, WA, available as a local or traveler assignment for 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health nursing care covering 30 units in the Puyallup, Milton, Sumner, and Edgewood areas.
• On‑call availability may be required.

Requirements

• Home Health, HCHB, and OASIS experience required.
• Homecare Homebase software experience required.
• Current Washington State Registered Nurse license required.
• CHPN certification preferred.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable transportation and insurance required.
• 1‑2 years of RN experience in a clinical care setting required.
• 2+ years of home health experience required.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program required; BSN preferred.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, 40 hours per week (13‑week contract).
