Brief Description

We have a great opportunity for a Home Health RN! This is a full-time position; Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm. The service area includes Greensboro, High Point, Kernersville, Winston-Salem, Lexington; [Forsyth and Upper Davidson Counties]. CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. We are seeking a dynamic, quality-driven RN to pave the way for outstanding care delivery for our population of home health patients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional, compassionate care to our home health patients, ensuring high-quality outcomes and improving the overall patient experience. As a Home Health RN, you will be responsible for delivering patient care, coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, and driving continuous improvements in care quality within our home health program.
