Registered Nurse (RN) providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor patient conditions
- Administer treatments and medications
- Educate patients and families
- Respond to changes in health status
- Collaborate with care teams
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Preferred 1+ year experience
- Specialized skills in G-tube, Tracheostomy, Ventilator, TPN, or Central Lines considered a plus
