Local or traveler position available for 13 weeks, full-time (40 hours per week), Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
About the Role
- On-call required if requested; needs subject to change based on staff and branch requirements.
- Patient service area: Duluth, GA.
- Guaranteed hours: 0 hours.
- Productivity target: 30 units.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in home health settings.
- Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software and complete OASIS documentation.
Requirements
- Current state license as a Registered Nurse.
- Proof of current CPR certification.
- Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting.
- Minimum 2 years of home health experience.
- Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) software and OASIS documentation.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program (required).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (preferred).
- CHPN certification (preferred).
