Location: Bradenton, FL. Position: Local or Traveler, 13‑week full‑time assignment.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm (40 hours per week)
• On‑call required if requested; on‑call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs
• Guaranteed Hours: 0
• Productivity Units: 30 units

Qualifications

• HCHB, Oasis, and Home Health experience required
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse – Required
• CHPN certification – Preferred
• Proof of current CPR certification – Required
• Current driver's license – Required
• Must have reliable transportation and insurance – Required
• 1‑2 years experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting – Required
• 2+ years Home health experience – Required
• Graduate of an accredited Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program – Required
• Bachelors of Science in Nursing – Preferred
