Responsibilities
- Oversee the activities of the multi-disciplinary team that provides care to the patient
- Monitor the provision of therapeutic services through written and verbal communication with all disciplines
- Ensure that all visits scheduled and provided are authorized and covered by physician orders
- Review of patient visits weekly and providing plan to Patient Care Supervisor and team assistant, including anticipated weekend visits
- Inform the scheduler of any schedule changes and communicates caseload and patient care issues to Home Care Supervisor
Requirements
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- RN (Registered Nurse)
- Licence Driver's License State of Florida (Florida driver's license is required within 30 days of hire)
- Education: Associate's or Diploma Nursing
- Experience: 1 year Registered Nurse or 1 year Licensed Practical Nurse
- Experience: 1 year Home Care
Qualifications
- Preferred: Bachelor's Nursing

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of nursing processes and clinical standards
