About the role
Pride Health is hiring a Registered Nurse - Home Health to support our client's healthcare facility in Columbia, SC.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Location: Columbia, SC - All of Richland County
- Job Type: Local Contract
- Contract Length: 15-weeks
Pay
- $52-$54/hour
Responsibilities
- Complete admissions to home health services and perform comprehensive patient assessments.
- Provide case management and coordinate individualized plans of care.
- Provide oversight and guidance to LPNs as part of the patient care team.
- Evaluate wounds and support appropriate wound care management.
- Maintain timely documentation and communicate effectively with patients and the healthcare team.
Requirements
- License(s): Active RN license
- Certification(s): Current CPR certification
- Years of experience: Home health experience preferred; OASIS experience preferred
- Skills/Specialties: Wound evaluation and wound care management; strong time management and communication skills
