About the role
Responsible for the case management and provision of quality home nursing services to patients within the agency's philosophy, policy, and Standards of Community Health Nursing Practice.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Currently licensed in the state as a Registered Nurse
- Two (2) years of Medical/Surgical nursing experience
- Valid driver's license and required auto liability insurance
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Home Health experience
