RN Home Care - Full Time

Position: Home Health RN (Community-Based) Role: Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in patients' homes, fostering independence and building strong connections. Care spans diverse age groups, backgrounds, and cultures, aiming for meaningful health outcomes. Responsibilities: Deliver autonomous, personalized nursing care, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in a rotating on-call schedule including weekends and holidays. Mileage reimbursement is provided. Qualifications Minimum one year of related experience preferred.Graduation from an accredited nursing program.Current RN license in Missouri.Valid driver’s license and auto insurance.BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
