RN - Home Care - Full Time

The role involves case management and delivering quality home nursing services in accordance with community health standards. Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program, licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state, with at least 2 years of Medical/Surgical experience. Certifications and requirements: Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance. Preferred qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, home health experience, and additional certifications are advantageous.
