Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop care plans
- Administer treatments including chemotherapy according to protocol
- Coordinate multidisciplinary care and ensure patient safety
- Provide compassionate education to patients and families
- Monitor treatment response and manage side effects
- Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
- Document patient information accurately in the EHR and collaborate with healthcare team
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and clinical experience in oncology or related specialty
- Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
- Knowledge of chemotherapy administration, safety, and infection control
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
