RN GIG - Flex/Per Diem/PRN - Mercy Lebanon
About the Role
Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct caregivers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintains patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.
Position Details
This is a PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float position in the GIG department at Mercy Hospital Lebanon, offering various shifts.
- Minimum of 12 hours worked every 90 days
- 4, 8, or 12 hour shifts available
- Flexible work throughout the community, based on your availability
- No weekend, holiday, or shift requirements
- Participation requires scheduling a minimum number of hours, availability on short notice, flexibility, and potential for last-minute shift cancellation
- Gig Nursing Program does not offer guaranteed shift hours and will be the first for cancellation
Incentives
- $40/hour + Variable Shift Incentives

Requirements
Education
- Required: Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program
- Preferred: BSN
Licensure
- Current compact RN license (responsibility of the candidate to obtain and maintain)
Experience
- One year of recent bedside RN experience to work Med Surg
- For all other specialties (ED, ICU, etc.), a minimum of two years of recent bedside RN experience
- Preferred: Epic experience
Certifications
- For Med Surg and Women's Health (L&D): BLS
- For Critical Care (CC): BLS, ACLS
- For Emergency Department (ED): BLS, ACLS, & PALS
- Additional certifications may be required after start
