Registered Nurse - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

About the role

Seeking a flexible Registered Nurse (RN) role utilizing the nursing process to provide patient care across various departments, including Emergency, Medical-Surgical, and Labor & Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating care effectiveness and coordinating patient care with other departments.
• Maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Providing professional accountability and ensuring quality care aligned with organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
• Current compact RN license.
• At least one year of recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for specialized departments.
• Certifications such as BLS; ACLS & PALS required for ED.
• Epic experience is preferred.

Pay

$40/hour plus shift bonuses.

Schedule

Flexible PRN/Per Diem/Flex/Float shifts, including day and night options; minimum 12 hours worked every 90 days, with shifts varying from 4 to 12 hours.
