About the role
Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering patient care using the nursing process, ensuring patient rights, confidentiality, and maintaining professional accountability.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate care effectiveness
- Coordinate with other departments
- Perform duties aligned with mission, values, and standards
- Maintain flexibility to work various shifts, including day or night
- No mandated weekend or holiday shifts
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current compact RN license
- Recent bedside RN experience (minimum 1 year for Med Surg, 2 years for specialties like ED or ICU)
- Certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS as applicable
- Epic experience is preferred
Key Duties
- Provide direct patient care
- Assess patient needs
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Ensure quality standards
- Maintain flexibility for scheduling, including short-notice shifts and cancellations
Ideal Candidate
Experienced RN with strong clinical skills, adaptable to various departments such as ED, ICU, Med Surg, or Labor & Delivery, and committed to compassionate patient care in a flexible, incentivized environment.
