Registered Nurse - Flex/Per Diem/PRN

Seeking a flexible Registered Nurse role with varied shifts and locations, including Behavioral Health, Emergency Department, ICU, Medical-Surgical, and Women's Health.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care
• Evaluate care effectiveness
• Coordinate with departments
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
• Provide patient-centered care using the nursing process
• Evaluate and ensure quality of care
• Coordinate patient care across departments
• Adhere to hospital standards, maintaining confidentiality and patient rights

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred
• Current RN license in the state or compact licensure
• Minimum of one year recent bedside RN experience for Med Surg; two years for specialty areas
• Certifications: BLS required; ACLS and PALS for critical care and ED. Additional certifications may be needed

Physical demands

• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Stand, walk, reach, bend, and perform manual tasks
