Role Overview The registered nurse provides direct and indirect patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams to improve outcomes. They utilize critical thinking, nursing processes, and compassionate care to assess, prioritize, and deliver appropriate treatments while respecting patient autonomy and dignity. The role includes patient education, assisting physicians, and addressing psychosocial needs. Key Responsibilities Assess patients accurately based on their medical conditions.Administer medications as prescribed and perform treatments using technical skills.Develop and evaluate patient and family teaching plans.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.Address psychosocial needs and coordinate post-discharge support.Practice cost-effective care and promote patient safety.Prioritize patient care effectively and engage in continuous learning. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Computer literate.Valid RN licensure and BLS certification within 14 days of hire.Preferred certifications include ACLS/PALS.
