RN - Full Time - Nights - Weekend - Medical/Surgical

About the Role

We are seeking a registered nurse to provide patient care utilizing the nursing process within a collaborative team environment. This role emphasizes accountability, evidence-based practice, and effective communication to deliver high-quality patient care in a compassionate setting.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient needs and documenting care plans with goals and interventions.
• Communicating effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participating in process improvement, maintaining certifications, and adhering to policies.
• Delegating and supervising unlicensed staff according to scope of practice.
• Performing patient rounds, interpreting diagnostic data, and ensuring patient safety during handoffs.
• Engaging in professional development and contributing to hospital committees or projects.

Requirements

• Graduated from an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN licensure and certifications including BLS; ACLS and PALS may be required based on unit.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform necessary duties.
